Pan Seared Shrimp With Wilted Spinach

Ingredients:

4-5 slices of bacon
8-10 large shrimp, peeled, deveined
paprika
garlic powder
salt
black pepper
lemon juice
baby spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced

Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ cup blueberries, frozen
½ cup strawberries, frozen
½ cup strawberry or vanilla yogurt
Sugar, honey or sweetener if needed

Directions:


Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Taste to see if you need sugar. If the fruits are very sweet and you use sweet yogurt you might not need to add any sugar.
If the smoothie it’s too thick add some fruit juice.
Also, some people really like crushed ice. I use frozen fruits and don't add ice.
Experiment to see how you like it.
