Baked Meatballs

This is what my mom made today: baked meatballs. Sooooo good :-)

Ingredients:

2 lb ground pork
2 large eggs
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large potato, shredded
2 thick slices of bread, moistened in milk
salt
black pepper


Directions:

Preheat oven at 400F.
Squeeze most of the milk from the moistened bread slices.
Mix bread well with the remaining ingredients.
Form little rounds with your hands.
Arrange meatballs on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes (depending on the size of the meatballs) or until golden brown and cooked through. (When cooking meatballs, temperatures and times may vary.  Please adjust accordingly).
