Tomato Onion Salad


3-4 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separate into rings
Parsley leaves, chopped (optional)
Black pepper

Balsamic Vinaigrette


Arrange  tomato slices on a plate, top with onion rings, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drizzle dressing over salad.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
