Baked Sea Bass


1 sea bass cleaned and scaled
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbs olive oil
Fish seasoning
Black pepper
Lemon juice
2 lemon slices
Preheat oven to 450F°. Wash the sea bass inside and out, and pat dry with kitchen towel. Score across the fish and through the skin 4-5 times on each side.
In a cup mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, fish seasoning, salt and black pepper.
Place fish in a shallow oiled glass or ceramic baking dish. (for easy clean up line the dish with foil and spray some oil on the foil).
Rub fish with the mixture inside and out, making sure you push some into the cuts. Stuff the fish with 2 lemon slices.
Bake fish uncovered, for 20 minutes (or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily).
Drizzle remaining pan juices over fish and garnish with lemon wedges.
