Green Beans and Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
tomatoes
onions
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
minced garlic clove
mustard
salt
black pepper


Directions:
Boil green beans 3 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Place green beans in a bowl and combine with tomatoes and onions.
Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, and garlic and drizzle the salad with the mixture or you can dress the salad with extra-virgin olive oil and the lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
