Horiatiki - Greek Village Salad

4 diced tomatoes
1 diced cucmber
1 chopped onion
1 diced green pepper
feta cheese
kalamata olives
1/2 cup olive oil
lemon juice


  1. Put the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano in a small jar and shake to combine.
  2. Put the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. POUR the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine just before serving.
  4. Garnish the Greek salad with a little crumbled feta cheese.
